Slow Flow
A breath-paced vinyasa, warmed-up but never rushed. Sixteen poses, twice through, with a long savasana at the end.
A small, skylit studio a stone's throw from Peckham Rye — yoga, mobility, restorative practice and the occasional sound bath, with a sensible class size and a room that smells of bergamot.
Our timetable is built around six series, each with its own shape, pace and purpose. Try one; come back to another.
A breath-paced vinyasa, warmed-up but never rushed. Sixteen poses, twice through, with a long savasana at the end.
Joint-by-joint mobility sessions. Hips on Monday, shoulders on Tuesday, spine on Wednesday. Leave looser than you came.
The full primary series, led and counted. Traditional, demanding, and for some of our members the spine of their week.
Bolsters, blankets, a dimmed room. Five postures held for ten minutes each; you will forget your meetings.
Thirty minutes of breathwork, twenty of seated meditation, a ten-minute closing. Tea and almonds afterwards.
Once a month, on the full moon. Crystal bowls, gongs, a chime or two. Mats laid out in the round; book early.
All four have been teaching for more than a decade. They lead their own classes; we do not rotate the schedule or send substitutes without telling you.
