I'm Alex Rogers, a qualified English teacher and SEND specialist based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. With over nine years of experience in further education, I've worked with hundreds of learners, many with complex additional needs including autism, dyslexia, and SEMH challenges.
My teaching philosophy centres on patience, creativity, and building genuine connections with students. I believe every learner can succeed when given the right support and environment.
I currently work as a Part-Time Teacher at Southend Adult Community College and as a Cover Supervisor across Essex schools.
