Fallowfield & Co
The Fallowfield Manifesto · v.7 · 2026

Written down, signed, and measured every October.

We run a 140-acre regenerative farm on the Welsh Marches. What follows is the full list of our commitments — to the land, to the flock, and to the makers we sell to — with the measurable outcome we intend to hit for each one. Published publicly. Audited annually.

§ Pledges · nine

Nine commitments, written down.

Each pledge lists the commitment and the measurable outcome we're held to. A failed pledge in any October audit is reported here, in public, with an explanation and a plan.
