Zero synthetic inputs
No synthetic fertiliser, herbicide, pesticide or routine wormer on any part of the farm. Ever.
We run a 140-acre regenerative farm on the Welsh Marches. What follows is the full list of our commitments — to the land, to the flock, and to the makers we sell to — with the measurable outcome we intend to hit for each one. Published publicly. Audited annually.
Each pledge lists the commitment and the measurable outcome we're held to. A failed pledge in any October audit is reported here, in public, with an explanation and a plan.
No synthetic fertiliser, herbicide, pesticide or routine wormer on any part of the farm. Ever.
Soil organic carbon measured each October must be higher than the previous October's baseline. No net-off, no offset trading.
At least 2% of the farm's land-take planted back into native hedgerow or woodland each year until 2040.
Antibiotics used only therapeutically, never preventatively. Every dose recorded and published.
Our wholesale prices are public and change at most once per year, on 1 January. No volume tiers, no negotiation.
Everyone on the farm — including contract shearers, seasonal pickers, and the farmhand — paid at or above the Real Living Wage.
Wholesale customers can visit the farm on the second Saturday of every month, no invoice. Anyone can request a day.
Every October the soil panel, fibre yield, dye yield, and trading accounts are published in full on this site.
No part of Fallowfield will be sold, let, or leveraged for any purpose other than continued regenerative farming.
The raw panel from the most recent October audit. Full data sets are linked under each cell for third-party inspection.
Leave us your email and we'll send the October audit when it's published, plus any plan for a failed pledge. One email a year at most — if we have to send two, something has gone wrong and you'll want to know.
