Northbrook & Ives was founded in 1998 as a deliberately modest residential agency, representing a small number of distinctive houses each year. Twenty-six years later, the brief is unchanged. We know every property on our book personally; every valuation is handled by a partner; and every transaction is managed quietly from first viewing through to completion.
Our vendors tend to be people for whom privacy is part of the brief. A great many of our instructions never reach the open market. When they do, they are placed only where we believe a sympathetic buyer will find them.
We work closely with family offices, private banks and solicitors, and are members of the London Chamber of Commerce and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
